InSightApp™ is a tool designed to assess your initiative performance. The app employs a methodology targeting six specific areas: Direction, Ability, Incentives, Resources, Structure, and Action. Applying a quick and confidential survey process, the app compiles the results providing you insights into areas of alignment and opportunity, considering best practices. Reports are then generated with a color coded heat-map, and a complete set of observations, recommendations and actions for your consideration, thereby creating visibility and new insights into your initiative.
